We offer a 14 day 'no quibble' return policy on all sealed un-used products. This also applies to any faulty items still within their warranty period.
If you wish to return a product please first Contact Us. If your product has a fault we will cover any return fees. If you purchased in error, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note that in order to qualify for a refund the item(s) must be returned in new undamaged condition. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on perishable items such and foods and sauces. Products valued over £50 should be returned via a tracked delivery service.
Once your goods arrive, we urge you to inspect the package(s) for any signs of damage. If you find damage, please notify us as soon as possible with details of the problem. Ideally, it can be really helpful if you are able to photograph the package. It is wise to retain your package as it arrived as the courier may wish to see the package.
We endeavour to send all orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday the same day. It is recommended that you double check your delivery details when you place your order. You can contact us if you need to make a correction but since we dispatch same day, please be quick.
Many products weighing less than 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Items heavier than this, or if you upgraded your delivery option to courier are dispatched via DPD. In the UK, DPD delivery is usually next working day. Most Royal Mail packages go via 24 & 48 hour services (though these time frames are not guaranteed by them and are beyond our control).
International orders can be sent tracked or non-tracked. We STRONGLY recommend that you choose to have your parcel tracked. Most EU countries can benefit from DPD, which is very cost effective and fast. Longer distance parcels are sent according to the best deal we can get for your order from a variety of other couriers.
